Park gave the impression that it was in financial difficulties. Men's toilet had dried feces on the toilet seat. Only two men's toilets for the park. Two men's showers one of which was not working. The one that was had a shower head that was stuck on three lines of spray. A terrible shower. I will not stay here again. Wi-Fi down but not told about that fact until paid and staying for the night.

Good park. A little expensive but nice sites. Used the shuttle for $5.00 a person and a great service. I would stay here again.

Campground basically closed for the season when we were there. We had to find a site and back in. Most very uneven. Pretty place but awkward.

This park, although pretty, is run down. Roadways are narrow. Map of grounds is terrible. We were sent to a, what they called pull through site, at the back of the park. We had a 31 foot 5th wheel. Roads were wet due to rain. We skidded down hills and around hair pin turns. There is no way they should be sending any big rigs to the back of the park due to the park conditions. $36 dollars for an electric site that was mediocre at best. I would never stay here again. Showers were a mile from the site and not that great. The park looked like it was being neglected. I will not stay at a Provincial park again. Stayed at a private site next night. Better in all ways. Full hook up, $29.00.

Staff seemed indifferent. Need a shake up. Sites OK. Small laundry room and a long walk from most sites. Perks are few. Buffet was one of the worst I have had at a casino. Would never pay for it again. Sites good. OK for an over night. WiFi $3.00 a day.

Sites tight. Washrooms are clean because they have a sign that states "please wash floor when done". We who rent a site do the cleaning. At the price they charge they should clean the washrooms. For a day or two the place is OK

Would be a great park except for the manager and the cleaning of the showers. Ground in dirt in floor. Mould Mould Mould. If the manager managed instead of working in the kitchen the place would be better.

A very nice park with helpful staff. It is close to town. The sites are large, pretty and level. I would stay here again.

It was kind of hard to find this place but once there it was okay. A little expensive for this time of year for water and electric. The showers large and clean. (866) 999-6433

We usually take KOA when traveling in areas we do not know. This park was recommended to us. We found the sites very narrow. Washrooms were the worst we have ever encountered in a KOA. They were old and in need of repairs. KOA camps usually have great washroom and showers. That is always a selling point to us for parks. KOA staffs are also usually the most helpful and accommodating. Here they seem to want to slough off the work. I think that the attitude really shows what is wrong with this park. There is no worker pride, and they let things slide, and it shows. Wake up management. Hire good maintenance workers who do some preventive maintenance. If I come back to San Antonio I will probably try another RV Park

For an over night stay this place is fine. It is very close to the interstate. Washrooms are clean but old with lots of hot water. The manager/owner is friendly. WiFi free and good. Site for pull through are paved but narrow and uneven. Take the time to level your rig as we did not and suffered for it. You will need about 3 inches or more of rise to level the site. For the price and convenience I would stay here again.

This park is a basic park for short stays. There are no sewer hookup. You have to move your rig to the dump station. Shower bathrooms were moderately clean but not a pleasure to use. Shower and change room floors were kind of yucky. Rate paid included a Good Sams discount. I would stay again for a night but no longer. Sites are very heavily used by tenter's. Loud music playing. Many many camp fires causing smoke problems.

We stayed here long term. For the price it was reasonable. Close to shopping and other things. Area not the best with he strip clubs but we never experienced anything negative. Staff aim to please. Washrooms and showers were so so. This year they spent a ton of money on a miniature golf course that could have been better spent on modernizing washrooms or other facilities. We plan on staying here again. Monthly rate reasonable.

Stayed 5 weeks. This park is close to the Trans-Canada highway. It is also used by the locals as a weekend getaway. Some are there for the summer. Weekend activities usually relate to a charity fund raiser, Some activities for kids. We enjoyed our stay and have the grandkids there almost every day. They have fun with other kids. Camp fires can be a problem with the amount of smoke. Park is well looked after and very clean. Sites are fairly good sized, We had to ask for some dust control as the dust was very bad. We will stay here again.

Sites tight. Quite a few long term. No facilities at park as far as activities go. Nice pool but not heated. Gravel roads so dusty. We stayed here 2 days. Would stay here again.

Sites sand or gravel. Mostly sand. Quite dirty due to sand everywhere. Quiet area right off I-95. Short drive to Savannah. Has tour bus company that will come to the park and pick you up. Very convenient. Would be a 10 except for sites. Staff friendly and efficient. Stayed here 4 days and toured area. Would stay here again.

I was very disappointed when I pulled into my site and found the road was gravel and not paved with gold. $75 dollars for a site, and we had to stay 2 days. There was a motel down the road advertising a room for $69.00. They stated they were full because of the azalea festival. Well even at $40.00 I would find this to much money. Gravel roads, gravel site, unheeded pool. Snobby staff. I will never stay here again. Gouge is the name of the game. Not only did I have to pay $1.39 for gas but got gouged on the camp site also.

This was a very nice park. I would have rated it a 10 except for the gravel roads (dust), and timed (no adjustment) showers. It was very nice, with nice scenery and facilities. If this was closer to my home town I would set up here all summer. The showers were good sized but used those fine spray water saver heads, and were pre set for temperature. As it was cool when I was here and shower room cold, waiting forever to get luke warm water to shower with was a pain. Owners should set temp higher for early spring and late fall. In my opinion the shower system employed would not save any money as you ran it for 5 minutes to get warm water anyway instead of instant heat. I would definitely stay here again and recommend same.

Nice park. Sites short in length but wide enough. Staff helpful. Close to Hershey attractions. Gravel roads so can be dusty. Good store with ample supplies both in easy to run out off food types and trailer stuff you find you need once in a while. Pool not open when we were there but looks like a nice set up. I would stay here again without hesitation. Recommended.

Large park well kept. Has a fishing pond also. Close to Charleston. Quiet area. Some sites have a cement pad others like ours was stone and some grass. I would stay here again if in area.

Friendly people but a very basic park. Washrooms were dirty, old and mildew loaded. Very dusty. When I left I had to wash my truck and trailer. The site was also full of fire ants and sand burs. For an overnight stay it was sufficient. I would not stay here long term.

We had a reservation at another RV park in the Donna, McAllen, Mission area of Texas for the month of December. We arrived early and decided to stay at this park. We liked it so much we canceled our reservation and booked in here for 5 months. Park is well run and a great park for the price. It has two pools and all kinds of activities. Washrooms very clean. It is a mixture of park models and RV's. People are very friendly. Kids allowed for a week for a grandkid fix. It is a 55 plus park though. Close to Mexico and shopping.

We are staying here for two months, September and October. The sites are great as they have paved sites with cement patios. The rate for the off season is very reasonable. This site is geared to permanent seasonal park models with an area for RV sites that cater to weekender traffic and overnight stays. The park attracts a lot of teenage users who party hearty and keep the more sedate awake to all hours. Security is infrequent and ineffective. Dogs bark all day and teens drive around with rap blasting at ear shattering sound levels and young idiots yelling all hours of the night. During the week days the park at this time of year is quiet and peaceful. Weekends are terrible. I will pay extra for a quieter park. Washrooms are cleaned infrequently and the shower change areas are full of dirt most times. I had to request they be cleaned a number of times after the same dirt was present for more than two days. I will not stay here again next year.

We stopped here overnight. There is a new Kenora bypass, 17A that skirts Kenora now. This campground is 2 km from the east junction of Hwy 17 and Hwy 17A on old Hwy 17 heading towards Kenora. Campsite level. People friendly. WIFI expensive at $5.00 for 4 hours. The overnight stays are across from the main campground causing you to cross the highway to use any facilities. Traffic noise high as you are adjacent to the highway and it appears a lot of tractor trailer units use the old highway as it is shorter through Kenora on their way to Winnipeg than using the new bypass. The campground looks well kept. Some great long term sites on the main campground. Our site was level, large and neat. It was however infested with ants. A little expensive but probably would use again if by this way. Gas and diesel available right next door.

I stayed here for a week and extended for another. This site would be a 10 if not for the traffic noise that goes on all night from the Trans Canada Highway 11-17 that is visible from the campground. My site was large but not level. It was almost all sand and caused dirt problems. I ended up buying an outside rug piece to help. There were grass sites but no shade. Most of the real nice sites are permanent rentals. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice pool and showers. Has an excellent mini put on site and a free catch and release trout pond for your enjoyment. Playground for kids. This park is used by locals for weekend get a ways and as a vacation spot. I would stay here again.

The worst park I have ever stayed at. It is absolutely filthy. They rake the old fire ashes into the dirt that makes up each campsite area. My trailer was absolutely filthy after a week here. Bathrooms do not have any soap or paper for hygiene here. As previous entry says trains every 11 minutes. WiFi very poor and the only way to get a signal is to go to the store and restaurant. Do not stay here. Go to another site and not Sandy shores as same thing.

This site is 12 km east of Regina Saskatchewan off of Hwy 1. It is about 3 miles from the highway. It is okay for an overnight stay or a few days if attending the area for some reason. Proprietor helpful and friendly. Sites level. We were here after a rain so the dirt road was a mire and made the trailer filthy. Good value though for the price.

This campground is affiliated with Santa's Village across the road. It is all dirt and pine needles. There is no sewer hookups as they have been outlawed by the town. You pay top dollar for a poor site then have to pay an additional $5.00 to dump your tanks. The showers and restrooms were filthy. The worst we have ever used. The roadways are very narrow and you have to be very careful that you don't clip trees when using them. There are a number of permanent units there that are in various stages of decay. All together a very poor place to stay. There are other campgrounds in the area including a KOA. I wished I had stayed there. I will never stay at this campground again.

Overnight spot only. Quite expensive for what you get. Showers clean. Pool very dirty. Young teenage staff who were more interested in playing on the bicycles than doing work. I old them about the pool and that there was a young couple in the pool with 2 children who were to young to be potty trained and were in the water without pool diapers. They brushed me off. I don't think I would stay here again. Site not well kept. WiFi hit and miss.

This is a good staging area site where the sites are adequate. Not a lot of campground amenities but convenient to Deadwood, Mount Rushmore and Hill City for the train ride. Showers nice and adequate, Laundry costs high. Over priced for what you get but I would stay here again if I come to Deadwood. Sites narrow. Staff helpful.

Okay for overnight. Best of the three sites we checked in the area. Dusty. Lots of flies and gnats. If stuck I would stay here again but if possible I would keep trucking.

This was an adequate campground for a night or two stay. We used it for two nights as a base to go to Lake Louise and Banff. The washrooms were not very clean. WiFi available for $1.00 and was as secure site. The park was quite nice. We had male Mountain Goat groups come right into the park. Had some great photo opportunities of ram with great horn sets. Scenery was quite spectacular also with the mountains all over. Town of Golden quaint and worth a walk around. I would stay here again passing through

Sites are okay. Staff so so friendly and not depending who you dealt with. Showers are adequate. Cost $1.00 for shower and 5 minutes. lots of hot water. We stayed here twice as it is close to airport which we needed. We checked out other campgrounds in area and all worse than this one. WiFi provided by private person and is $6.95 a day or $15 a week or $22 a month. Best in Calgary area but not saying much.

This is a super clean and neat park. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Washrooms are co-ed so that detracts from the sites overall rating. Male and female share toilets and showers. This would have been a 10 except for that. Nice place.

I booked in here for a total of 6 weeks. I found the costs were high for what I paid close to a thousand dollars and for what I got. They include the pool access and even one 9 hole game of golf for each day paid. When you stay by the week then you lose those perks and have to pay to swim or golf. This park will rate higher by those who stay a night or two. For long time camping I found the showers were of poor quality. Shower curtains cheap and to short to cover the opening from edge to edge. You had to make sure your clothes were out of the way or they got wet. They also were slimy. I found paying the $1.00 senior swim charge for the morning adult swim period was worth it as the showers were better. Being close to Lake Superior, a very cold lake made the stay a cold one. I went through 60 lbs of propane in 4 weeks because of the furnace running all night. You will find the town a tourist town and everything is expensive. Some nice stores to walk through and some friendly bars to have a drink. Some good restaurants. However I won't stay here again. Best time to visit would be mid July or August once the lake warms up a bit. Today is the first day of summer and it is 55 degrees outside this morning.

Very pretty camp with lots of shade trees. The big draw back is it's distance from main highways. Park needs some restoration. They did have WiFi but the modem broke and they did not repair or replace it. I was directed to a site which was a nice choice but narrow on a winding road. The manager did not follow me or show me the site or help with my backing up. I was traveling alone so had to get in and out of the truck to check distances and obstructions. They need a lesson in park management. I just stayed over night and left the next day instead of staying longer. Park was empty except for two of us. Getting out of the site next day was fun due to the close confines and 360 degree tight turn to exit the area.

This is a beautiful park with helpful staff. It is an excellent park for family camping. Very quiet when I was there. Swimming pool was not available and was missed with 90 degree weather. Horse park a nice morning or afternoon visit for family and kids. This would be a 10 park if they had sewer hook up. They give senior discount.

This campground is not well run. The people used to check you in don't seem to have any knowledge about camping. They assigned me a site that did not match my trailer. I had to go back and ask for another site I had checked out. They do not direct you or assist you in finding or backing into your site. I was traveling alone so had to back the trailer into a narrow site by myself. Could have used a hand. Sites are level. Sewer, water, electric and cable are all positioned so that after you back your trailer into the spot, you need extra long water lines, sewer lines, electrical cord and TV cable to use the facilities. The only reason I would stay here again is for the same reason I stayed here this time. For a night of gambling.

The staff here are mostly full time RV people. Helpful and friendly. They escort to site and assist parking. Store has good variety of supplies including alcohol and trailer needs. The sites are very narrow and small. Crammed in so that you and your neighbor fight over parking space for the vehicle. Very busy park and I believe over priced. I will stay here again because of the convenience and the washrooms. Supervision of pets and making owners poop and scoop is lax. Pool on weekend was full of kids as it should be but also full of weekender campers drinking out of bottles and very inebriated. Observed camp workers look in and do nothing. They need to tighten up on some issues.

This is a basic campground. The shower facilities are basic and old but clean. Staff friendly and escort to site. They assist in parking. Most sites pull through. Mine was gravel with a cement patio pad. Site was very level and I was set up within 20 minutes. There is limited shopping so make sure you have what you need before you arrive. Nothing on site and very little in town. They have a very good WiFi secure site. Laundry and ice on honor system. Put money in slot. I will stay here again overnight. Would not stay long term.
